First Course
– Cheddar and Bacon Souffle
Paired – Guilhem White-40% Grenache Blanc, 30% Sauvignon Blanc, 30% Terret Blanc

Main Course -Individual Beef Wellington with Seasonal Roasted Veg from the Farm
Paired – Chanson Macon La Roche Vineuse-Well-balanced with a lot of finesse. Well-structured. Long and refreshing aftertaste with citrus fruit notes

Cheese Course – Cheese Board
Paired – Chateau Brondelle Blanc-This white Bordeaux is a blend of Sauvignon Blanc and Semillon. it is full of vitality, flavor and complexity.

Dessert Course – Dawn’s Holiday Trifle paired with JCB 21, a crisp French sparkler.

Keogh Hepp of Heritage Wines is choosing and presenting the wines.

Cost is $80 per person and includes large tasting of all the wines and food. $50 for food only, no wine. Price does not include tax or gratuity.

Main Course: Wisconsin Brats from Jim’s Market (they make great chicken brats, too) with Warm German Potato Salad

Dessert: Apple Strudel with Ice Cream
